These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LaundryIQ SMS alert service operated by OverQuo LLC. By opting in to receive text message alerts, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

LaundryIQ is a laundry room status service that sends you SMS notifications when laundry machines you have subscribed to finish their cycle. Alerts are one-time per machine cycle — your subscription to a machine is automatically removed after the alert fires.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on how many machines you subscribe to and how often those machines complete cycles. You will receive:

• One verification code message when you first sign up or re-subscribe.
• One confirmation message after you select machines.
• One alert message per subscribed machine, per completed cycle.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are delivered via Amazon SNS. Standard carrier messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of LaundryIQ alerts at any time using any of the following methods:

• Unsubscribe link: Every alert and confirmation message includes a personalized unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes your subscription and all associated data.

To re-subscribe after opting out, visit your building's LaundryIQ page and sign up again.

6. Eligibility

The LaundryIQ alert service is available to residents of the building served by this LaundryIQ installation. By subscribing, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are 13 years of age or older.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use LaundryIQ to subscribe phone numbers that you do not own or control, to interfere with the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

LaundryIQ alerts are provided as a convenience. OverQuo LLC makes no guarantee that alerts will be delivered without delay or error. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed, delayed, or incorrect notifications. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the alert service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
