This Privacy Policy describes how OverQuo LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using LaundryIQ and its laundry alert notification service.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign up for laundry cycle alerts, we collect:

• Phone number — to send you SMS alert and verification messages.
• Machine selections — the specific laundry machines you choose to receive alerts for, identified by internal device identifiers.
• Subscription metadata — a randomly generated subscription ID, the date and time you subscribed, and your verification status.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any payment information through the alert signup flow.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate the LaundryIQ alert service:

• Phone verification — We send a one-time 6-digit code to confirm ownership of the phone number before activating alerts.
• Cycle completion alerts — We send you an SMS when a machine you subscribed to finishes its cycle. Each alert is a one-time notification; your subscription is automatically removed after the alert fires.
• Subscription confirmation — We send a single confirmation SMS after you select machines, listing the machines you are subscribed to and an unsubscribe link.

We do not use your phone number for marketing, promotions, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the laundry alerts you requested.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your phone number is transmitted to Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SNS) solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages on our behalf. Amazon SNS acts as a service provider and is not authorized to use your information for any other purpose. AWS privacy practices are described at aws.amazon.com/privacy.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OverQuo LLC, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

Subscription records are retained for up to 365 days from the date of your last machine selection. Records are automatically deleted by our systems after this period. You may also delete your subscription at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every alert message, or by visiting /alerts/unsubscribe?token=<your-token>. Deleting your subscription removes all associated data immediately.

5. Security

Subscription IDs used in unsubscribe links are randomly generated UUIDs and are not guessable. Phone numbers are masked in administrative views (last four digits only). We use HTTPS for all web traffic and standard AWS security controls for our database.

6. Children's Privacy

LaundryIQ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the alert service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
